Ways to get your Bowel Working Again.
#1 DRINK MORE LIQUID: You need to drink at least 2 quarts
of liquid a day, if not more. Anything less than 64 ounces (2 quarts)
of liquid a day doesn't give your fecal matter enough hydration to come
out normally and easily. So in other words, your fecal matter gets too
hard and it has a hard time leaving your body. Dehydration is the number
one cause of constipation. The best liquids to drink are pure water, herb
tea, and diluted fruit and vegetable juices.
#2 EAT MORE FIBER: You have to eat foods with more Fiber
