Lymphatic
Massage
Lymphs are located throughout the body, contain the milky fluid--the
plasma of blood that cleans the body's tissue. It transports wastes, filters
out bacteria and carries the immune response. It becomes thicker when
imbalance is present. Respiratory, Digestive, and Sinus imbalances can
be helped dramatically through lymphatic massage. Because there is no
pump, it's circulation occurs through the contraction of muscles through
exercise, sweat, and breath, or massage. It drains out the toxins, clearing
existing blockages, allowing better movement.
Doing Lymphatic Massage regularly promotes general well being and sustains
proper lymph function, which increases one's resistance to disease. A
very relaxing and highly beneficial experience.
